1. After the order is placed, every single detail is precisely coordinated with the customer. If we deem it necessary, we also make suggestions taking into account the product's function.
2. Following this, we create a graphic design using professional drawing software, possibly in multiple versions.
3. The graphic design is sent to the customer, we coordinate it with them, and based on their feedback, we modify it as required.
4. Once the customer approves the graphic design, the ribbon printing begins. The requested text, image, or logo is applied to the satin ribbon using a special textile printing machine. The color of the heat-sensitive ink ribbon will determine the color of the text or image. The print head and the ink ribbon only come into contact where the satin ribbon printing is needed. In these areas, it melts the ink film, which is then transferred to the surface to be printed. The ink hardens immediately on the satin ribbon, creating a durable, water- and abrasion-resistant printed image.
5. However, it may happen that the printing result is not satisfactory. For example, the resolution of the requested image may not be good enough to produce a beautiful print. Or the color of the satin ribbon and the ink film may not have enough contrast with each other. If we believe in any way that the final result is not adequate, we will make a suggestion to the customer to ensure that the ribbon printing is satisfactory. If necessary, we also create print samples in multiple versions to select the best version. We only deliver impeccable quality products to our customers.
6. After the ribbon printing is completed, we usually ship the order on the same day. Regarding the shipping method, we also try to take our customers' preferences into account as much as possible (speed, cost-effectiveness). Personal pickup is also possible at our location. The payment method can be cash, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, as required.
