Satin label

We offer sophisticated, decorative satin sew-in labels in a variety of colors. This type of sew-in clothing label is most commonly used in the fashion industry. This is mostly the type of clothing label found in outerwear products, but it is also used in high-end lingerie, sportswear, and even premium home textiles and handicrafts. The wide range of sizes and colors allows for unique, exclusive product labeling in every case. When produced on a colorful material that matches the company logo, satin clothing labels contribute to the strengthening of brand building as well.

• Our satin labels are delivered cut or in rolls, as required.

• Cutting is always done with heat, so fraying of satin labels can be completely eliminated.

• It is also possible to order labels on a fray-free satin ribbon. These labels can even be cut with scissors without fraying.

• If the sew-in label is made of satin and it is necessary to display content on both sides, we produce the labels on double-sided printable satin ribbons. The cutting of these satin labels is also done with heat, but they can also be ordered in rolls.

• There is an extremely wide color palette available for the printing color: black, white, gray, matte gold, shiny gold, matte silver, shiny silver, red, light, royal and indigo blue, green, lemon yellow, orange, pink and dark brown.

Size labels

The simplest sew-in label is the size label.

• The production of the sew-in label is the fastest. Due to its small size, they can be made within 1 business day.

• The sizing of products can be displayed in an extremely diverse range of formats on the clothing labels. Even the simplest size label can be personalized by taking advantage of the variety of characters, sizes and colors.

• If more complex size marking is required on the labels, we recommend the production of graphic size markers, visually displaying, for example, height, waist and chest measurements.

• We produce size labels from a width of 10mm.

• Cutting marks can also be indicated on them upon request.

Polyester label

When a sew-in clothing label is made from polyester, its main advantage is its durable, highly resistant to external wear and tear, fray-free design at a relatively affordable price.

Garment labeling for workwear, catering textiles, and jeans is therefore typically done with such clothing labels. Due to its aforementioned advantages, it is the most commonly used sew-in clothing label.

There are polyester label materials that are even more resistant to external influences than the former. Such is, for example, the flame-retardant label, which is mostly made for workwear. We undertake not only the production of flame-retardant polyester labels, but also their graphic design, using special objects and pictograms in accordance with official regulations.

• Polyester labels can be made in white and black. White, shiny or matte silver and gold prints can be displayed on the black label. On the white clothing label, any color text or graphic can be displayed in addition to white and silver. There are currently 14 colors to choose from.

• Polyester labels are produced with single or double-sided printing, in rolls or cut.
• Due to their smooth surface, these are the best textile labels for reading barcodes and QR codes.
• Due to their fray-resistant nature, they do not need to be cut with heat, so their production is faster than cut satin labels.

Black stonewashed label

The most resistant sew-in clothing label to external influences (rubbing, high-temperature washing, chlorination, dry cleaning) is made from this material. This property is ensured by an additional coating on both sides, which creates a particularly fine surface on the material and results in extremely beautiful printing even for small characters and figures.
