We offer colored ink ribbons in rolls and label materials in various colors and sizes for thermal transfer (heat transfer) production of textile labels.
For clothing labels, you can purchase coated polyester and satin ribbons, as well as polyurethane-coated polyester ribbons (stonewashed) with increased durability.

Polyester ribbons
These base materials are most commonly used to produce clothing labels subject to higher stress. Thus, such labels are primarily made for workwear, hospitality textiles, and car seat covers, but due to their favorable price and durability, they are used as textile labels for almost all types of clothing products.
Polyester ribbons are suitable for both single-sided and double-sided label printing.
We sell polyester ribbons in black and white in the following widths: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60mm.
White polyester ribbons can have different levels of resistance. It is advisable to choose the recommended base material based on the intended use and the stress the resulting clothing label will be subjected to (e.g., need for flame resistance, mechanical stress, abrasion resistance, washing temperature, cleaning method, etc.).
Satin ribbons
Elegant and impressive clothing labels can be made from satin ribbon material. Although they are less resistant to external influences than polyester labels, they significantly surpass them in attractiveness. Thus, satin labels are mostly used as hang tags for exclusive clothing products with unique designs.
On their glossy surface, thermal transfer films of different colors create a unique color effect.
Satin ribbons are available in many colors.
Black and white satin ribbons are available in widths of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40mm.
Colored satin ribbons are available in different color selections depending on the width.
We offer white satin ribbons suitable for double-sided printing in 30mm and 40mm widths, while black ones are available in 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40mm widths.
Black stonewashed material
- Thanks to its polyurethane coating, this printable base material using thermal transfer technology is more resistant to stress than polyester.
- It withstands dry cleaning well and can be washed at 82°C.
- Its polyurethane coating results in a pleasantly soft surface on both sides.
- Suitable for both single-sided and double-sided printing.
- It can be cut with cold cutting without fraying.
- We recommend it for labeling external surfaces.
- Currently available in 12, 15, and 20mm widths.
Thermal transfer ribbons
They are known by several names: textile ribbon, hot stamping foil, thermal transfer foil, ink ribbon.
The label content is transferred from the printing films to the textile ribbons.
During clothing label production, the ink on the thermal transfer films becomes liquid due to heat from the printhead and forms a print on the label material.
Different color effects can be achieved by using different colored printing films on various types of textile ribbons (satin or polyester).
